The Educational Therapy Center (ETC) program provides special education and therapy services for emotional disability, specific learning disabilities, and other health impairment youth in grades 6-12.  ETC is a private program where student referrals are generated from the home school district special education departments. The Illinois State Board of Education sets the tuition rate which is funded by district paid tuition. ETC also receives a supplemental grant from the Madison County Mental Health Board.
